Going with the Flow

It’s been a few years since the last time I wrote about my travels, and a whole lot has happened. The last time I sat down to document this crazy adventure that my life has become, I was about to jump in a boat and row down the Amazon river with 24 other people in a caravan of four canoes, with the intention of making it to the Atlantic. Everything has changed a whole lot since then, and in large part thanks to that experience, which continues to have a big influence on the course that my life has taken even today, almost seven years since I first arrived in South America. Here I’m going to share a little bit about that incredible adventure and the unexpected path it has led me down. The first two chapters were written in 2019 when the journey was just beginning. Now the story continues with chapter 3.

Han pasado muchos años desde la última vez que escribí algo. Muchos años y muchísimas cosas! La última vez que me puse a documentar esta gran locura en la que se ha convertido mi vida, estaba a punto de subirme a una canoa e ir remando por el Río Amazonas con un grupo de 24 personas y cuatro canoas, con la intención de llegar hasta el Océano Atlántico. Todo ha cambiado un montón desde ese entonces, y en gran medida gracias a esa experiencia, que hasta hoy en día sigue teniendo una gran influencia sobre el rumbo que ha tomado mi vida. Aquí les voy a compartir un poco sobre esa increíble aventura y el camino inesperado por el cual me ha llevado. Los dos primeros capítulos se escribieron en 2019, cuando el viaje apenas comenzaba. Ahora la historia continúa con el capítulo 3.​
